I achieved my Bachelors Degree in Social Work and Psychology from Weber State University in 1992. I am also a certified Breathwork facilitator and has been facilitating private sessions, groups, and seminars since 1997.

 My purpose is to support all of us in living our true design by holding space and sharing my gifts. I assist with connecting our mind, body, and spirit. Learning this teaches us how to recognize and connect with our own intuition and learn to trust our own guidance. I am committed to creating an environment where we are working together to hold the frequency of love, peace, and joy.

I got involved with holistic wellness in 1996. After completing a series of Breathwork sessions I quickly recognized the power in the process. I immediately began volunteering in groups and seminars resonating with the frequency of the space. My intuitive gifts have enhanced the more I work with my angels and guides. They will often assist me in holding space and channeling information. I currently love the services i am blessed to offer but am always being guided and I am excited for the future as we all try to hold the frequency of love.
